💼 About This Role

You'll supervise a team of Biller/Collectors, manage daily workflow and quality metrics, and serve as a liaison to the Billing & Collections Manager. Your impact includes ensuring clean claim submissions and improving collections performance in a mission-driven healthcare environment supporting sexual and reproductive health services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise and evaluate Biller/Collectors' performance
• Manage daily workflow to meet quality and productivity metrics
• Coach staff and conduct 1:1 performance improvement sessions
• Prepare and submit clean claims, work denials and aging reports

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years in patient, third-party, and government billing/collections
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience with production oversight
• Advanced knowledge of PPO, HMO, IPA, and Medi-Cal billing practices

• Touch 10-key proficiency
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD codes
• Experience with multiple carrier coding requirements
