You will partner with R&D and G&A leaders to guide strategic planning, build financial models, and deliver data-driven insights that improve forecast accuracy and operational discipline. Your work directly supports resource allocation decisions and helps the company scale efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field
• 4+ years relevant work experience
• Experience supporting R&D organizations within SaaS environments
• Strong quantitative skills and financial modeling ability
• Authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided

Responsibilities

• Partner with R&D and G&A leaders to guide strategic planning and forecasting
• Build and maintain financial models for headcount and operating expenses
• Support monthly/quarterly close with variance analysis and executive reporting
• Improve forecast accuracy and reporting processes
• Drive process and system improvements for scalability
