Description

You will own and deliver quarterly goals for the Comms Platform team, leading engineers through ambiguity and collaborating with product management and design. You'll support operations and availability of critical communication services, foster a culture of quality and ownership, and help develop talent on your team.

Requirements

• 5+ years designing, developing, and launching backend systems at scale using Python or Kotlin.
• Experience developing highly available distributed systems using AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to define technical plans for significant features or system components.
• Proficient at making significant changes in a large code base safely.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for global collaboration.
