💼 About This Role

You'll own and optimize core HR workflows across BambooHR, including employee lifecycle management and automation. You'll drive process improvement projects that make People programs scalable. You'll also lead HRIS data governance and build SOP documentation for audit readiness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process employee lifecycle movements in BambooHR.
• Oversee timekeeping and PTO workflows.
• Drive HR process improvement and automation projects.
• Develop and maintain HR systems documentation and SOPs.

📋 Requirements

• 4-5 years of HR Operations experience.
• Experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS.
• Strong data accuracy and workflow integrity skills.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, Payroll.

• Supporting teams across APAC (Philippines, Malaysia).
• Automating BambooHR processes or integrating third-party systems.
• Experience with SLA-based reporting and ticket optimization.
