You'll manage end-to-end recruitment for a leading online gaming company in Paris, working with tech teams to attract top talent. You'll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and drive multichannel sourcing strategies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Pilot full recruitment process from kick-off to onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify needs and priorities
• Implement multichannel sourcing strategies
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting tech profiles (engineers)
• Ability to conduct interviews in English
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
