Description

You will join Canonical's Talent Science team to implement data-driven hiring strategies, leveraging behavioral science and analytics to select top talent. You'll assess candidates, work with psychometrics, and use SQL or Python to drive insights, all in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• Exceptional academic track record; undergraduate degree in psychology or people-based subject
• Advanced analytical ability with SQL; Python or statistical analysis advantageous
• Exposure to talent selection through coursework, internship or first job
• Passion for working in technology space
• Professional written and spoken English with presentation skills

• Apply psychometrics in the workplace
• Improve hiring process and documentation efficiencies
• Contribute to analytics projects to drive hiring outcomes
• Provide stakeholder support and handle hiring-related queries
