💼 About This Role

You'll join Mistral's Human Data Annotation team to review and audit code annotations, ensuring high-quality data for AI model training. You'll also build and maintain internal tooling to streamline annotator workflows. This role blends quality assurance with tool development, offering a chance to shape data processes at a leading AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate and validate high-quality data annotations based on guidelines.
• Surface systemic issues and gaps in guidelines to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain internal tools and automation for annotator workflows.
• Troubleshoot environment, tooling, and CLI/git issues for annotators.

📋 Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in software engineering or technical support.
• Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Comfortable with Unix-like terminal and git workflows.
• Professional proficiency in English with strong writing skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in data annotation for AI/ML, especially LLM training.
• Experience building an annotation team through interviews and training.
• Fluency across multiple programming languages or domain depth in a tech area.
