Description

You will lead the team responsible for how developers discover, onboard, build, and scale financial applications on the XRP Ledger. You'll set the vision for developer experience, organize events, create technical content, and serve as the primary advocate for developer needs at the executive level.

Requirements

• 7+ years building and leading developer relations or similar teams
• Deep understanding of financial instruments and market structure
• Technical credibility to understand and translate complex concepts for various audiences
• Insight into developer psychology and behavior to drive adoption
• Hands-on technical abilities to create content and provide support

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the strategy for how developers build financial solutions on XRPL
• Create frameworks for measuring developer success aligned with business objectives
• Build scalable frameworks to accelerate developer adoption through one-to-many and one-to-one strategies
• Organize high-impact developer events, workshops, and hackathons
• Generate technical content including tokenization guides, payment integration tutorials, and code demos
