💼 About This Role

You'll provide technical support to retail store teams across Princess Polly's U.S. stores, ensuring daily operations run smoothly. You'll also contribute to cloud infrastructure and networking initiatives. This hybrid role combines hands-on retail IT with broader IT projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve hardware, software, network, and POS issues for store teams.
• Manage store technology infrastructure including POS devices, printers, and RFID systems.
• Assist with cloud platform administration (AWS, GCP) and networking equipment (Meraki, UniFi).
• Lead IT setup for new store openings and train staff on new systems.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in hands-on IT support role, retail or field service preferred.
• Experience with POS systems (Shopify POS preferred), RFID, and retail tech hardware.
• Proficient in troubleshooting Mac and Windows systems.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and exposure to Meraki/UniFi.

• IT certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, AWS Cloud Practitioner.
• Experience supporting geographically distributed retail locations.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager, MDM platforms, and SaaS integrations.
