๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead a team of Senior Event Sales Specialists and partner with senior GTM stakeholders to refine the NAM value proposition at Perk. You'll manage 6-8 direct reports, drive process changes, and build out the Amtrav Event Sales business line to deliver real impact.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Conduct weekly 1:1s with direct reports to drive engagement
- Recruit, onboard, and coach a world-class Event Sales team
- Act as consultant for customer and operational escalations
- Partner with senior GTM leaders to align sales strategies
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years in Event Sales or MICE Group Travel
- Proven sales leadership track record achieving targets
- People management experience engaging and motivating teams
- Deep understanding of the NAM events market
