๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll lead a team of Senior Event Sales Specialists and partner with senior GTM stakeholders to refine the NAM value proposition at Perk. You'll manage 6-8 direct reports, drive process changes, and build out the Amtrav Event Sales business line to deliver real impact.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Conduct weekly 1:1s with direct reports to drive engagement
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach a world-class Event Sales team
  • Act as consultant for customer and operational escalations
  • Partner with senior GTM leaders to align sales strategies

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years in Event Sales or MICE Group Travel
  • Proven sales leadership track record achieving targets
  • People management experience engaging and motivating teams
  • Deep understanding of the NAM events market
