💼 About This Role

You'll lead U.S. federal and state income tax compliance for a data storage company, partnering closely with the Global provision team. Your core impact is owning the full compliance lifecycle while supporting ASC 740 processes and process improvements. This role stands out for its mix of compliance ownership and provision support in a fast-paced tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full U.S. federal and state income tax return compliance process.
• Oversee extensions, estimated tax payments, and compliance workflows.
• Coordinate external service providers for high-quality compliance deliverables.
• Support quarterly and annual ASC 740 provision process.
• Assist with SOX 404 internal control testing and documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of corporate tax experience with Big 4 and/or corporate tax department.
• BA/BS in Accounting, Tax, or Finance.
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. federal and state income tax and ASC 740.
• Proven experience owning corporate income tax compliance and supporting provision deliverables.
