🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide end-to-end HR support for a designated location or business unit.
• Deliver day-to-day HR operations including contract administration and employee changes.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid experience in HR operations and advisory roles supporting the full employee lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of employment law and HR policies.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a multi-country or international context.
• Additional European language skills (e.g., Dutch).
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, or local equivalent).
