💼 About This Role

You'll define and guide scalable S/4HANA solutions for global transformations as a strategic advisor and hands-on leader. You'll drive adoption of standard SAP functionality and minimize custom developments. You'll leverage SAP Business Technology Platform and AI/ML to deliver best-in-class enterprise solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define overall SAP S/4HANA solution architecture and system landscape design.
• Lead fit-to-standard workshops translating business requirements into integrated SAP solutions.
• Ensure end-to-end process integration across Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Procurement.
• Govern interfaces, enhancements, and extensions within an enterprise architecture framework.

📋 Requirements

• 10 years of SAP experience with at least 5 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA core modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, or EWM)
• Proven experience with SAP Activate methodology including fit-to-standard workshops
• Hands-on understanding of data migration, integration (IDocs, APIs, PI/PO, CPI), and Fiori/UI5

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with industry-specific solutions (Manufacturing, Automotive, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods)
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance (SOX, GxP, export controls)
• SAP S/4HANA certification (Architecture or Solution track)
