You'll accelerate G-P's market expansion through a premier alliance, integrating G-P's global employment platform into partner sales motions. Your mission is to position G-P as the indispensable global extension of the partner's service offering, ensuring mutual wins. This is a remote-first role with a leading SaaS company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and leverage a network within partners to drive lead flow
- Serve as subject matter expert for international expansion in assigned region
- Nurture relationships with partner leadership for executive buy-in
- Deliver high-energy training to sales teams on G-P value proposition
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years of success in sales or business development in partner-led environment
- Minimum 1 year of experience utilizing AI tools to optimize workflows
- Experience working with or selling into HR Tech, HCM, or Global Payroll industries
- Proven ability to build trust and maintain long-term professional connections
โจ Nice to Have
- Direct experience with GTM strategies involving AI-driven HR tech products
- Bachelor's degree in business, International Relations, or related field
- Partner marketing experience: event planning, organization, execution, and lead development
