You will act as a strategic advisor to MongoDB customers, driving retention and growth. Leveraging your technical and account management skills, you will lead cross-functional teams, de-escalate critical issues, and build customer success programs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success, TAM, or similar customer-centric role for technical product
  • 4+ years managing customer health and revenue for Forbes Global 2000 accounts
  • Bilingual English and German
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build new processes
  • Background in advocating for customers

Responsibilities

  • Act as strategic advisor on MongoDB best practices and technology strategy
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks with custom remediation plans
  • Facilitate resolution of high-stakes customer challenges
  • Lead in-person executive business reviews for strategic customers
  • Build and execute account plans to mitigate risk and drive growth
