You will act as a strategic advisor to MongoDB customers, driving retention and growth. Leveraging your technical and account management skills, you will lead cross-functional teams, de-escalate critical issues, and build customer success programs.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Customer Success, TAM, or similar customer-centric role for technical product
- 4+ years managing customer health and revenue for Forbes Global 2000 accounts
- Bilingual English and German
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build new processes
- Background in advocating for customers
Responsibilities
- Act as strategic advisor on MongoDB best practices and technology strategy
- Identify and mitigate technical risks with custom remediation plans
- Facilitate resolution of high-stakes customer challenges
- Lead in-person executive business reviews for strategic customers
- Build and execute account plans to mitigate risk and drive growth
