You will lead a distributed engineering team to build new capabilities for the Continuous Delivery platform, collaborating closely with customers to shape features and drive ARR growth. As a hands-on leader, you will contribute to backend development in Java/Go, champion code quality, and define the technical vision.

Requirements

• 3+ years leading engineering teams
• 5+ years backend SaaS development in Java or Go
• Experience building and scaling engineering organizations
• Proven track record managing production incidents and on-call rotations
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead distributed engineering team across multiple geographies
• Design and deliver customer-facing features for Continuous Delivery
