Description

You will provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes as part of a multi-disciplinary health care team, helping them maintain comfort, independence, and dignity.

Requirements

• Licensed as Occupational Therapist Assistant in Maryland
• Graduate of accredited occupational therapy curriculum or 2 years experience with proficiency exam
• At least one year work experience under supervision of qualified Occupational Therapist
• Willing to travel within assigned territory

Responsibilities

• Provide home health occupational therapy visits in Montgomery County, MD
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary health care team
• Deliver rehabilitative care to help clients remain at home
