🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead change management projects for AI Literacy adoption
• Create and disseminate business communications across platforms
• Assess stakeholders, impact, and change drivers
• Measure change process effectiveness via feedback and surveys

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of communications and change management experience
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
• Expert in change management and communication theories
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree preferred
• Experience with M365 Copilot or other Generative AI platforms
• Previous insurance industry experience
