💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale the Enterprise sourcing engine at 360Learning, driving pipeline generation across large organizations in Europe. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to turn sourcing initiatives into repeatable programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define EMEA Enterprise outbound strategy and roadmap
  • Launch and execute targeted campaigns within named accounts
  • Generate high-value qualified meetings with senior stakeholders
  • Build Enterprise Outbound Playbook from successful strategies

📋 Requirements

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience working with Enterprise or large accounts
  • Fluent English required
  • Experience using CRM (Salesforce preferred) and Sales Engagement platforms

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Additional European languages
  • Experience with Salesloft
