💼 About This Role
You'll build and scale the Enterprise sourcing engine at 360Learning, driving pipeline generation across large organizations in Europe. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to turn sourcing initiatives into repeatable programs.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Define EMEA Enterprise outbound strategy and roadmap
- Launch and execute targeted campaigns within named accounts
- Generate high-value qualified meetings with senior stakeholders
- Build Enterprise Outbound Playbook from successful strategies
📋 Requirements
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience working with Enterprise or large accounts
- Fluent English required
- Experience using CRM (Salesforce preferred) and Sales Engagement platforms
✨ Nice to Have
- Master's degree in a related field
- Additional European languages
- Experience with Salesloft
