Description

As an Engagement Manager on the AI Expert Services team, you will lead the deployment of OfferFit by Braze's AI decisioning solutions for marketers. You'll oversee the entire program execution process, from use case design and technical workshops to user acceptance testing, while managing customer relationships and driving process improvements.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of project management, consulting, or professional services experience
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; advanced degree preferred
• Significant experience managing technical projects from start to finish
• Expert at leading workshops with senior-level stakeholders
• Hands-on technical experience with architectural and ML design

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI Deployment Lifecycle: own deployment from use case design to UAT
• Facilitate Technical Workshops to align on objectives, specs, and integration
• Drive successful customer engagements as main point of contact
• Drive Process Improvement by refining AI deployment playbook
• Influence the Product Roadmap to keep it customer-centric
