You'll support office buildouts and workplace planning for a high-growth AI infrastructure company. You'll coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects on track. This role offers the chance to shape the physical workspace as the company scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate project schedules and action items across teams
• Maintain project trackers and documentation for multiple workstreams
• Support budget tracking and invoice coordination
• Update floor plans and seating layouts using CAD
• Assist with vendor coordination and RFP processes

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in project coordination or workplace strategy
• Space planning experience with test fits and seating plans
• CAD skills (AutoCAD or similar) for floor plan updates
• Experience supporting office buildouts in high-growth companies

• Familiarity with project tracking tools like Asana or Jira
• Experience with lease-related projects
