You'll lead content-first projects for top-tier clients, moving fluidly between concept, writing, art direction, and execution across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate ideation and production, while collaborating with strategists and motion designers to push creative boundaries.

Requirements

• Experience across social, content, and platform-first storytelling in agency or publisher settings
• Strong portfolio showing conceptual thinking and hands-on execution
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and generative AI tools
• Deep understanding of content formats, platform behaviors, and audience dynamics
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead creative development of content and social-first projects
• Flex across writing, art direction, visual design, and motion guidance
• Craft platform-specific executions for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts
• Use generative tools like Runway, Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney for ideation and production
• Guide and mentor junior designers, editors, and writers
