Description

You will join the sales team in Dubai as a Business Development Representative, responsible for outbound sales activities including email, calls, and social media to generate new business opportunities. You'll facilitate discovery meetings, set qualified introductions for the sales team, and nurture early-phase opportunities while achieving monthly quotas.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Commerce, or Marketing preferred
  • Experience in outbound sales or strong customer service background
  • Self-motivated and results oriented with strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus
  • CRM experience and enterprise software selling experience are strong assets

Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound cadences (email, call, social media) to generate new business opportunities
  • Facilitate and conduct discovery meetings with high-value prospects
  • Set qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team
  • Understand customer pain points and articulate Novisto's value proposition
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and pipeline attribution
