💼 About This Role

You'll own the full category strategy for construction, CAPEX, and tooling at Zipline, building from the ground up to support rapid global manufacturing expansion. You'll drive aggressive negotiations and supplier relationships in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies for construction, CAPEX, and tooling
• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes: RFx, supplier selection, competitive bidding
• Negotiate and manage complex commercial contracts with suppliers
• Own supplier relationship management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement

📋 Requirements

• 5-12+ years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
• Track record of building sourcing strategies from scratch
• Experience in manufacturing, technology, aerospace, automotive, or industrial sectors
• Ability to travel 30-50% to manage suppliers and stakeholders globally
