🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage multi-country payroll and statutory benefits compliance
• Optimize HRIS processes and maintain data integrity
• Support HR communications and employee inquiries globally
• Administer Korean HR compliance including R&D center management

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of HR operations experience
• Hands-on knowledge of payroll processes
• Fluent in English for global collaboration
• Advanced Excel skills with data-driven work capability

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with global companies or matrix organizations
• Hands-on experience with HRIS (Workday, SAP, Douzone)
• Experience with global payroll tools (ADP, Workday)
