You will drive strategic outbound prospecting, execute ABM campaigns, and generate high-quality pipeline for Enterprise and Strategic accounts using AI-powered tools. You'll work in a fast-paced startup environment with a global team.
Requirements
- 3+ years SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS with complex sales cycles
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in outbound prospecting
- Experience executing multi-touch, multi-threaded ABM strategies
- Self-starter with ability to work autonomously in fast-paced startup environment
- Fluent English; second language is a plus
Responsibilities
- Proactively own and execute strategic ABM outbound prospecting campaigns targeting Enterprise and Strategic accounts
- Multi-thread into target accounts to build relationships across multiple stakeholders
- Maintain high volume of quality activity (80+ calls/day) and achieve strong performance metrics
- Book qualified meetings converting into pipeline for Account Executives
- Utilize multi-channel approach: cold calling, email sequences, social selling (LinkedIn)
