You will drive strategic outbound prospecting, execute ABM campaigns, and generate high-quality pipeline for Enterprise and Strategic accounts using AI-powered tools. You'll work in a fast-paced startup environment with a global team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS with complex sales cycles
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in outbound prospecting
  • Experience executing multi-touch, multi-threaded ABM strategies
  • Self-starter with ability to work autonomously in fast-paced startup environment
  • Fluent English; second language is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Proactively own and execute strategic ABM outbound prospecting campaigns targeting Enterprise and Strategic accounts
  • Multi-thread into target accounts to build relationships across multiple stakeholders
  • Maintain high volume of quality activity (80+ calls/day) and achieve strong performance metrics
  • Book qualified meetings converting into pipeline for Account Executives
  • Utilize multi-channel approach: cold calling, email sequences, social selling (LinkedIn)
