Description

You will manage client progress through the estate planning process, communicate with clients to book appointments and resolve issues, update case management software, prepare binders and electronic files, attend document signing meetings as a witness/notary, and handle sensitive data with discretion. This role is critical in helping clients protect their family and legacy.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with estate planning documents and concepts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Process oriented with ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and estate plan drafting software
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask
