🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute moderated and unmoderated UX research studies
• Develop research materials like discussion guides and surveys
• Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights
• Communicate research outcomes through presentations and summaries

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX research or related applied research
• Experience executing moderated and unmoderated research from setup through synthesis
• Familiarity with core research methods such as usability testing, interviews, surveys
• Experience with UX research tools like UserTesting, Maze, Dovetail, Google Analytics

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience researching eCommerce or high-traffic digital experiences
• Familiarity with behavioral analytics and connecting qualitative insights with performance data
• Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve research efficiency
