You'll lead a team of data and analytics engineers supporting Product and Customer Value organizations. You'll own curation, transformation, and delivery of trusted data assets, and step into a leadership role while driving hands-on engineering excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data and analytics engineers.
• Own curation, transformation, and delivery of analytics-ready data models.
• Oversee development of Tableau and Sigma dashboards.
• Build strong relationships with Product and Customer Value leadership.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in Data/Analytics Engineering.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL, dbt, and cloud data warehouses.
• Experience building enterprise dashboards in Tableau or Sigma.
• Understanding of data governance principles and access control.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a technical lead or team lead capacity.
• Experience supporting Product and/or Customer Success business domains.
• Familiarity with data cataloging tools (e.g., Atlan, Alation).
