🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute process improvement projects aligned with site priorities.
• Support capital project development by analyzing technical data.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot site process related issues.
• Identify performance gaps and implement equipment/process changes.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 4-7 years of manufacturing experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LEAN manufacturing or FMEA
• Experience in process control systems
• Experience with heavy industrial equipment
