Description

As a Legal & Contracts Compliance Specialist at Planet, you will serve as the internal communication hub for performance issues related to top accounts, ensuring customer commitments are understood and delivered. You'll partner with sales, proposals, and program management teams to coordinate post-contractual requirements and drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve performance issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Experience with project management and contract management software
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal communication hub for performance issues on top accounts
• Partner with Sales and Proposals in pre-award phase to identify performance issues
• Coordinate post-contractual performance requirements and maintain detailed records
• Develop DACI/RACI matrices and maintain regular communication for status updates
• Draft internal communications for cross-functional audiences and support legal research
