You'll own and execute the scaled customer experience across lifecycle, turning CX strategy into AI-powered programs. You'll drive VoC and journey mapping to improve engagement and value realization. This remote role offers hands-on project leadership in a fast-growing enterprise leader.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and optimize digital-first lifecycle programs using automation and orchestration
- Own and maintain customer journey maps across key lifecycle stages
- Manage Voice of the Customer program, synthesizing feedback into improvements
- Build communication calendars aligned with product launches and milestones
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS customer success or customer experience roles
- 5+ years building digital-first, omni-channel programs
- Strong customer-facing copywriting skills
- Expertise with customer success and analytics tools like Gainsight, Salesforce, Tableau
