You'll own and execute the scaled customer experience across lifecycle, turning CX strategy into AI-powered programs. You'll drive VoC and journey mapping to improve engagement and value realization. This remote role offers hands-on project leadership in a fast-growing enterprise leader.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design and optimize digital-first lifecycle programs using automation and orchestration
  • Own and maintain customer journey maps across key lifecycle stages
  • Manage Voice of the Customer program, synthesizing feedback into improvements
  • Build communication calendars aligned with product launches and milestones

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS customer success or customer experience roles
  • 5+ years building digital-first, omni-channel programs
  • Strong customer-facing copywriting skills
  • Expertise with customer success and analytics tools like Gainsight, Salesforce, Tableau

  • Experience leading complex cross-functional CX initiatives in matrix organizations
  • Strong data analysis skills including segmentation and experimentation
