Description
In this role, you will serve as the primary post-sales contact for mid-market customers, driving adoption of Podium's AI-powered platform, securing renewals, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. You'll act as a trusted advisor, proactively solving challenges and collaborating cross-functionally to help customers maximize value from their AI investments.
Requirements
- 5+ years customer success, onboarding or account management experience
- 3+ years B2B software experience
- Working knowledge of AI technologies (LLMs, Voice AI, automation platforms)
- Ability to speak confidently with C-suite and day-to-day contacts
- 4-year degree required
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary post-sales point of contact for mid-market customers
- Increase adoption and utilization of Podium products
- Proactively engage with customers during renewal process to secure renewals
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities
- Anticipate and resolve potential challenges to ensure seamless customer experience
