You'll drive software contract renewals for Kaseya's customer base, a leading AI-powered IT management company. Your core impact is increasing renewal rates and identifying upsell opportunities while collaborating with Account Management and Product teams. This role offers a chance to influence retention strategies in a high-growth environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Drive renewal conversations to increase retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Work with Account Management to identify risk factors and ensure smooth renewals.
  • Partner with General Managers and Product teams to share customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate renewal documentation and forecasts.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success.
  • Direct experience managing software contract renewals.
  • Experience driving retention outcomes in a B2B or SaaS environment.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • End-to-end management of subscription or contract renewals.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with large and complex books of business.
