💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end server lifecycle at Anthropic, from provisioning to decommissioning, in a greenfield environment with a deep focus on security and trusted compute. You'll build automation and tooling to manage tens of thousands of servers handling sensitive AI workloads.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead automation for datacenters with tens of thousands of servers.
• Define and own the end-to-end server lifecycle strategy.
• Partner with Infrastructure Security to enforce trusted compute standards.
• Build and maintain tooling for machine health and configuration tracking.

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with server hardware deployment and troubleshooting.
• End-to-end understanding of hardware lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Python, Rust, Go, or Java.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, AWS, and GCP.

✨ Nice to Have

• 8+ years in datacenter operations or hardware infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with GPU or AI accelerator hardware.
• Familiarity with provisioning tooling like coreboot, LinuxBoot, or u-root.
