🎯 What You'll Do

• Build executive-level dashboards and scorecards for workforce planning
• Analyze recruitment funnel metrics and provide improvement recommendations
• Lead talent market intelligence initiatives on competitor hiring trends
• Apply AI and automation to improve sourcing, screening, and reporting

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years in Talent Intelligence, Talent Acquisition analytics, or data analytics focused on hiring
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Talent Insights, Eightfold, Findem, or similar platforms
• Proven ability to build dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or Visier
• SQL proficiency for data extraction and manipulation
