💼 About This Role

You'll join LifeStance Health to provide outpatient therapy in a hybrid telehealth model. You'll treat patients with a full administrative support team handling scheduling and billing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide therapy to clients via hybrid on-site and telehealth
• Maintain clinical documentation and treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on patient care
• Manage caseload with flexible scheduling

📋 Requirements

• Fully licensed in Wisconsin as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Experience with child, adolescent, or adult populations
• Ability to work at least 20 hours per week

• Previous outpatient experience
