Description

You will own a product from design to launch, working with stakeholders to define the roadmap, make the product manufacturable, and drive launch to target markets. Serve as a key technical and business point of contact to ensure production meets targets and product launch is successful.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics
• 2+ years experience leading engineering projects
• Ability to travel and work extended hours/weekends up to 10%
• Must meet ITAR eligibility (U.S. citizen/permanent resident/refugee/asylee)

Responsibilities

• Own product lifecycle from design to launch including roadmap, manufacturability, and market launch
• Serve as technical point of contact for stakeholders to meet production targets
• Act as business liaison between internal/external customers and cross-functional teams during NPI
• Identify improvement opportunities via market research, data analysis, and beta testing
• Support engineering failure analysis and root cause investigation during early production
