Description

As a Product Owner at CPI Security in Charlotte, NC, you will define and prioritize the product backlog, acting as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team to deliver high-quality products aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Proven experience as Product Owner or similar role in Agile environment
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog
• Write user stories with detailed requirements and acceptance criteria
• Serve as liaison between development team, stakeholders, and customers
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
• Define KPIs and analyze product performance
