You'll assist the Buyer in developing the Women's Designer RTW department strategy at Browns, a luxury fashion retailer. Your work will drive growth targets through trend research and supplier relationships. You'll help discover emerging designers to maintain our reputation as an incubator for new talent.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist Buyer with strategic planning for Women's RTW department.
• Research and propose new designer brands for selection.
• Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate terms.
• Analyse sales performance and execute trading actions.
• Manage reorder process and stock cover analysis.

📋 Requirements

• Passion for fashion product and trends.
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify opportunities and risks.
• Strong understanding of Women's RTW business model.
• Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
