Description

As a Senior Flight Sciences Program Manager at Archer, you will plan, coordinate, and execute efforts across Aerodynamics, Acoustics, Vehicle Performance, Flight Simulation, and Thermal Management. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical, schedule, and cost alignment for analysis, simulation, and test activities that directly enable vehicle performance and certification.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in program management or engineering
• Experience in flight sciences disciplines (aerodynamics, flight simulation, thermal management, or acoustics)
• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• Experience managing technically complex development programs and executive-level communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships across Flight Sciences, Engineering, Integration, Flight Test, and Supply Chain
• Act as primary interface between Flight Sciences and cross-functional stakeholders
• Own execution for Flight Sciences scope, aligning to program milestones
• Develop and maintain task-based schedules for simulation development, aero/acoustic analyses, wind tunnel testing, and flight test correlation
• Drive supplier performance and manage program Risks, Issues, and Opportunities
