You'll oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's quality assurance program to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout the product lifecycle of modular nuclear energy solutions. This role is critical to ensuring safety, reliability, and performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain a practical Quality Assurance Program (QAP)
• Oversee inspections, testing, and validation of components
• Issue, track, and resolve Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
• Evaluate and audit suppliers as needed

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in quality
• Proficient in root cause analysis, FMEA, and SPC
• Experience in energy or manufacturing

• Experience standing up a QMS
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
