🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud platform engineers.
• Oversee scalability, reliability, and security of AWS-based SaaS infrastructure.
• Drive operational excellence via CI/CD, GitOps, and observability automation.
• Manage cloud spending and implement FinOps strategies.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in technology roles with 5+ years managing cloud infrastructure teams.
• Deep expertise in AWS including EKS/Kubernetes, IAM, VPC.
• Strong experience with Terraform and GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Cloudflare (WAF, CDN).
• Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and zero-trust architectures.
