🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end production during final AAA game development stages
• Drive project roadmap by identifying risks and resolving blockers
• Mentor Producers and Associate Producers for high-performance delivery
• Optimize production workflows and tooling to reduce bottlenecks

📋 Requirements

• Shipped at least two AA+/AAA titles as Producer or Lead Producer
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Professional fluency in English with strong communication skills
