💼 About This Role

You'll join Stripe's Proactive Threat team to simulate real-world adversaries through penetration testing and red team engagements. Your work will directly influence how Stripe secures financial infrastructure used by millions. You'll also build custom tooling and automation to scale offensive capabilities across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct penetration tests on web apps, APIs, and cloud environments
• Plan and execute red team engagements emulating threat actors
• Perform assumed-breach assessments to test detection capabilities
• Design and maintain custom offensive tools and automation frameworks

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in offensive security or penetration testing
• Strong programming skills in Python or Go
• Deep knowledge of web application security and OWASP Top 10
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
