🎯 What You'll Do

• Align cross-functional workstreams for comprehensive program-level view
• Drive complex cross-functional trade-offs balancing performance, cost, quality, and timeline
• Coordinate development of complex robotic systems and solutions
• Manage hardware and software development and operational processes for commercialization

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of Technical Program Management experience with complex integrated hardware/software products
• 8+ years as a systems, hardware, or software engineer working with complex systems
• Experience developing end-to-end robotics or automotive systems
• Bachelor's degree in CS, ME, EE, or equivalent

• Advanced degree preferred
• Manufacturing experience
• Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements
