You'll work with Imogen, our modernization platform, to rewrite critical business applications. You'll collaborate with customers and partners to modernize mainframe systems in production environments. This role offers hands-on impact on systems that run the world.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Modernize production mainframe systems using Imogen
• Pair program daily in cross-functional XP teams
• Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops
• Design and operate production systems with partner engineers

📋 Requirements

• Experience with pair programming and TDD
• Experience with mainframe systems (COBOL, JCL)
• Experience in client-facing or partner-facing roles
• Ability to work flexibly across US and India time zones

• Experience with LLM-assisted coding tools
