You'll handle maintenance and repair requests, perform preventive tasks, and prepare apartments for turnovers in a student living environment. Your work ensures safety and functionality of buildings and equipment while providing optimal service. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Log service requests and completed work in BAS, Entrata, and CMMS systems
• Maintain physical condition of property per SOPs, OSHA, and industry standards
• Perform diagnostic and preventive testing on major building systems
• Assist in emergency preparedness and coordinate vendor schedules

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus 3-5 years maintenance experience
• HVAC certification or EPA 608 certification (Core, Type I, II, III)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to use computer programs like Entrata and CMMS

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or willingness to obtain within 6 months
• Trade school diploma
