💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team focused on identifying and resolving security risks across 1Password's software and infrastructure. You'll manage both internal vulnerability management and public-facing Bug Bounty programs, partnering with cross-functional teams. This role offers the chance to scale a growing program and drive innovation with AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a team of engineers and develop engineering leads.
• Scale the Vulnerability Management Program with a focus on innovation and AI.
• Conduct recruiting and hiring to build a high-performance team.
• Scope and plan key deliverables for projects and initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• Strong background in software development or engineering management.
• Strong experience leading and scaling high-performance engineering teams.
• Strong experience working in the security domain (security company, team, or role).
• Experience with vulnerability management programs (owner, researcher, pentester, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience with application security teams in a medium-sized tech organization.
• Prior experience with pentesting, bug bounty programs and vulnerability management.
• Significant experience with AI tooling in the security space.
