You'll build high-performing teams and deliver AI-powered capabilities embedded in Tempo's product suite. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, engineering execution, and business impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own company-wide AI strategy aligned to business goals
• Partner with Product leadership to execute AI roadmap across product suite
• Build and lead a high-performing AI team across ML, data science, and engineering
• Establish scalable AI platform layer supporting multiple products and use cases

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience implementing GenAI and ML in software solutions
• Proven leadership building and scaling AI or data-driven product capabilities
• Strong understanding of modern AI/ML approaches including LLMs
• Experience shipping AI-powered features in SaaS or enterprise products
